By using Daily Brief (“the dashboard”), you agree to these terms.
This tool is provided on an invite-only basis. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Use the dashboard only for its intended purpose — a personal daily briefing and light project tracking tool. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' accounts, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Content you create (cards, notes, bookmarks) belongs to you. We store it so the app can function, and we don't claim ownership over it.
If you connect your Google Calendar, you authorize the dashboard to read your events and, if you use the Add Event feature, create new ones on your behalf. You can disconnect this access at any time.
This is a small, independently run tool provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that content (including AI-generated briefs) will always be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the dashboard.
We may update the dashboard or these terms over time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when that happens.
We may suspend or remove access for anyone who violates these terms.
